I am all for conserving our resources. I recycle, compost yard debris and kitchen scraps, use canvas bags for shopping. I have a vegetable garden and do lots of other things. I do all these things because I want to.
The British have now floated this new(old) method of saving the planet that I am not so sure I want to do.
Perhaps other folks have other ideas about this. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Oh, I thought everyone worth there salt did this!
…….made some good compost in my time
bi-cycler.
Well then, this will give you a good alibi for what comes naturally.
Using the shower is not my idea of resource saving, unless I alter the plumbing.
Perhaps I’ll stand out in the rain next time, naturally
Hey, it’s a man’s world.
Nuff said!
Neither idea appeals to me. But hey, if the Baroness Young can……..well maybe.
Hi Bonnie, can’t resist dropping in in the middle of this lovely intimate discussion to say HI
Ed was so kind to give me the link to your blog. Thanks Ed, I’m really slow with answering messages these days, but better late than never, eh?
Hope you’re both well, dear ones. I mean, except the challenge of telling right from wrong in the above topic
hugs and giggles, aurora
Hello Aurora,
So good to see you! Thanks for stopping by. I’ve missed reading your words of wisdom.
Hope you are well also. I know you are a busy lady.
Yep, this one is a challenge.
Hugs back
Dearest Bonnie, yes, aren’t we all busy these days, lol!
Read this quote and found it somehow relevant : “‘It’s not so much how busy you are, but why you are busy. The bee is praised. The mosquito is swatted.’ Mary O’Connor ”
To me, a bee and mosquito busy fully being bee and mosquito are to be praised. And human beings busy being truly divine
))
From one busy lady to another…hope it helps with the challenge
Thanks Aurora
I thought this was a joke at first.
My garden did bloom profusely this year, and my husband did spend quite a bit of time out there,
Hmmm.
Hi D
It’s not a joke but it is kinda funny. Now I know why the nandina bush
at our front steps keeps getting so big.
